Mehandipur Balaji Temple

Mehandipur Balaji Mandir is a noted Hindu temple, mandir in Dausa district of Rajasthan, dedicated to the Hindu God Hanuman. The name Balaji is applied to Shri Hanuman in several parts of India because the childhood (Bala in Hindi or Sanskrit) form of the Lord is especially celebrated there. The temple is dedicated to Balaji (another name for Shree Hanuman Ji). Unlike similar religious sites it is located in a town rather than the countryside. Its reputation for ritualistic healing and exorcism of evil spirits attracts many pilgrims from Rajasthan and elsewhere. The old village Mehandipur is located nearby the small hill. Old village is not well developed.

The temple of Balaji built in mehandipur is very famous especially in northern part of india. The first mahant of the temple was shri ganeshpuriji maharaj and the present mahant of the temple shri Kishorpuriji is very strict to follow vegetarian and reading holy books. The temple of shree siyaram bhagvan in front of balaji mandir is very beautiful and the idol of siyaram bhagvan is very beautiful .The person who is suffering from evil spirits (sankatwalas) get relief from distress by the methods like arji, sawamani,darkhast, bhog of bundi ke laddu offering to balaji maharaj, Rice and urad pulse to bhairav baba (kotval kaptan,head of army and pretraj sarkar king of evil spirits). Saturday and Tuesday are the busiest day in temple because these both are the days of hanumanji.Some other temples near to the balaji temple are anjani mata temple, Kali mata at teen pahad, Panchmukhi Hanumanji, Ganeshji temple at saat pahad, Samadhi wale baba (first mahant).The prasad from mandir is distributed in nearby schools, colleges, and Hostels and many other public places free of cost.

Shri Mehandipur Balaji temple is mostly visited during festival time (Holi, Hanuman Jayanti and Dusshera etc) as the most it is believed to be the most auspicious time to emancipate from the evil spirit. Medical science may discard such approach to the ailment as self- deceptions based on blind faith, but for the believers.

How to Reach Mehandipur Balaji Temple

Shri Mehandipur Balai temple is located in Dausa district of Rajasthan on the Jaipur Agra highway. It is 270 km from Delhi and 100 km from Jaipur. There are regular buses on Jaipur-Agra highway. From Delhi, the journey can be done on Alwar-Mahwa or Mathura-Bharatpur-Mahwa road. Bandikui Railway Station is the nearest railway station to Mehandipur Balaji Temple.

In addition, with the help from Shri Hanuman Balaji temple devotees, for the weaker people of society Swamani Prasad distribution system has been launched. With this resolution every day once a day and every day regularly Swamani Prasad has been sent to Academic Institutions, Leprosy, Blind, Disabled, Social Welfare Centers, and economically weaker section of society.

Abhishek has been done for Chandi bale Shri Hanuman Balaji on every full moon, any devotee can offer or organise. The Offer for this is Rs. 7500/- (Besides Full moon Abhishek can be offered on other days in Rs 5100/-.

Nitya Bhog

Every day after evening arati Dasi Ghee Prasad has been offered to Shri Balaji Maharaj, which offer cost is Rs. 2100/-. Devote can offer this on any occasion like Birthday or any good event.

Hanuman Chalisa Path

On any happy occasion devotee may offer 108 Hanuman Chalisa Path and can be the organizer. It cost Rs. 1100/-.
